While care is taken to ensure the content published by Yetikmall.com  on its website, including but not limited to product images, product names, product descriptions, and prices, is accurate and complete, errors may occur and you hereby agree that Yetik Mall  will not be liable in any way for such content.

Yetik Mall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the order contains item(s) that are mispriced or contain incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete content.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Yetik Mall reserves the right to determine which orders to accept and process as well as the right to cancel any order at its own discretion. However, Yetik Mall will ensure that the cancellation of any order is communicated appropriately.

When we receive customer orders, we begin processing them immediately. Thus, once an order has been paid for, Yetik Mall is unable to accept a cancellation of the order, neither is Yetik Mall able to process a refund. This, however, does not affect your refund if an incorrect or damaged item is delivered.

RETURN POLICY 

If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item (damage that has been caused by us), we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. For us to replace such items, customers will need to notify the delivery driver of their observation at the point of delivery. Once customers have taken delivery of their order and signed confirming this, they take ownership of the items and Yetik Mall will be unable to accept any returns. For this reason, we ask customers to carefully check and confirm the accuracy of their order with the delivery driver before acknowledging receipt by signing. Yetik Mall will not accept returns for items that have no material damage to them. Products that are materially intact but whose packaging may have scratches, peels, tearing, dents, discolouration, rust, or any other aesthetic impairment that does not affect the taste, functionality or integrity of the actual product may not be accepted by Yetik Mall as a return. 

REFUNDS POLICY 

Based on our returns policy above, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Also, if an item you ordered is unavailable, we will process your refunds to your bank accounts 

DELIVERY POLICY 

We deliver to you within 2-6 hours from when your order is confirmed. Our customer service will give you a call as soon as you placed an order with us. An email will also be sent to you confirming that your order has been received. You are expected to reply to this mail if you have any modification regarding the order.

Our goal is to offer you the best delivery experience, no matter where you live within Lagos. 

If an order is placed towards the closing hours then your order will be delivered the next day . To guarantee your order is received same day please order early in the day. 

Please take note of the following: 

• If access to your location is limited due to bad road, flooding, roadblocks, civil unrest or any other encumbrances, we require you to notify us in advance. Failure to notify us of any such issues may result in a delay, rescheduling and/or cancellation of your order.
• Our delivery drivers are very happy to carry your order to your doorstep and even into your home, if you want them to. However kindly ensure they get accurate information and accessibility. 
• In order to enable our delivery drivers, make timely deliveries, they are mandated to wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for each customer to receive their orders from them. After contacting a customer and the customer is either unresponsive or fails to show up after 5 minutes, the driver will leave your location.

TRANSACTION AGREEMENT 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Our online transactions are offered through three options of payment. Payment online with items delivered, payment online with pick up and lastly order online and then pay on delivery. 

Yetik Mall will do its due diligence in accepting any of these methods from a customer especially the cash on delivery method.
